At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Director of Operations to join the team in the heart of Mayfair.

We have a fantastic leadership opportunity available for a Director of Operations in our luxury hotel on Park Lane. We require a dynamic and hands-on leader who will be the first point of contact for Rooms, F&B, and Facilities while ensuring alignment with the hotel's overall goals and vision.

You will lead by example and set the tone for a positive, engaging work culture. Take ownership of team performance, holding leaders accountable while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and acting as a coach to all managers to build confidence in the team and recognize good performance. Working closely with the Executive Committee (ExCom) and General Manager to execute the hotel's engagement plan. You will drive the implementation of strategies to enhance the colleague experience and improve Heartbeat Survey Scores (our Employee Satisfaction Survey) while ensuring high standards of guest service and maintaining the luxury experience the hotel is known for.

We are looking for someone to help be the face of the hotel’s values and vision, inspiring the team to embody the brand. To help ensure consistent delivery of luxury experiences through clear communication of the purpose and vision of the hotel in a motivating and meaningful way.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role within F&B/Rooms Division, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A track record of improving operational performance and team engagement.
• Passionate about luxury hospitality, with a focus on continuous improvement and guest satisfaction. Open to new ideas and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.
