Role: Director of Operations – Cryptocurrency Exchange

Location: Remote (Global) CET Time Zone

Salary: £100k - £140k (DOE)

What you will be doing:

Shape Operational Strategy:

Design and execute robust operational frameworks that align with business goals and product vision.

Lead Day-to-Day Operations:

Oversee platform performance, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across departments including marketing, product, and compliance.

Drive Efficiency & Innovation:

Introduce scalable processes and KPIs to boost performance, reduce friction, and support rapid growth.

Manage Teams & Culture:

Build and inspire a high-performing operations team with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and results.

Collaborate Across Departments:

Partner with product, sales, and marketing to drive alignment, transparency, and execution.

Enforce Compliance & Risk Standards:

Maintain fraud and risk protocols, ensure alignment with global crypto regulations, and stay ahead of emerging legal and industry standards.

Report & Advise Leadership:

Deliver insights on operational performance and growth opportunities to executive stakeholders.

What you will need:

• Proven experience in operations leadership, within the crypto, fintech, or trading platform space.
• Expertise in process design, cross-functional team management, and operational scaling.
• Strong understanding of compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory frameworks in the crypto industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives across departments and manage resources effectively.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
