Working closely with senior leaders, the Director of HR will lead the Human Resources function of the school and support the development of a forward-looking people strategy as part of the College’s wider strategic agenda. The next Director of HR will develop first-class HR operations in support of a dynamic, growing and secure College and will take a lead in effective cross-functional collaboration with the College’s legal, safeguarding, and governance stakeholders.
This role will suit someone who combines strategic HR leadership with a deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk management. The successful candidate will have had significant exposure to legal and regulatory frameworks in HR and their application in a complex organisation. They will showcase an impressive command of detail and have the interpersonal and communication skills to lead a high-performing team in serving the wider strategic aims of the College.
