Director of Growth Marketing & Engagement – C-4 Analytics
C-4 Analytics is a fast-growing, private, full-service digital marketing company that excels at helping automotive dealerships increase sales, increase market share, and lower cost per acquisition. We are currently hiring for a Director of Growth Marketing & Engagement as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients.
In-office work preferred, but not required. We are looking for the right candidate, whether you are local, hybrid, or remote.

A day in the life of a Director of Growth Marketing & Engagement:
Demand Generation & Lead Capture:
- Develop and manage targeted demand-generation programs that feed our sales pipeline, including email marketing, social campaigns, events, and webinars.
- Partner closely with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure they have the messaging and tools to engage prospects effectively.
- Design and optimize lead nurturing workflows that convert prospects into qualified leads, tracking each touchpoint for continual improvement.
Digital Campaign Management:
- Launch and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media, content) to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Execute a paid media strategy on Google, LinkedIn, Bing, and other relevant platforms, consistently optimizing campaigns for cost-effective lead generation.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic and improve C-4 Analytics' ranking in search engines within the automotive digital marketing space.
Content Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that positions C-4 Analytics as a thought leader in the automotive digital marketing industry.
- Manage a content calendar that includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and industry insights, aligned with our sales campaigns and brand objectives.
- Identify and leverage partnerships, influencers, and industry experts to extend our reach and increase content engagement.
Grassroots & Community Engagement:
- Create grassroots marketing initiatives such as dealer association sponsorships, localized events, and in-person workshops to build relationships at the local level.
- Oversee trade show and event strategies to generate buzz and build pipeline impact, including pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Innovate creative outreach campaigns that get our name in front of key decision-makers in the dealership community.
Performance Tracking & Marketing Analytics:
- Develop and manage a marketing dashboard, measuring the impact of each campaign and channel on pipeline and revenue.
- Track and report on KPIs, lead conversion rates, and marketing ROI, providing actionable insights to adjust tactics and budget allocation.
- Utilize analytics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities to increase engagement and conversions.
Sales Enablement Support:
- Equip the sales team with tailored resources, messaging, and collateral to improve their outreach and conversion rates.
- Work with sales to create case studies, testimonials, and other sales support assets to enhance their effectiveness in closing deals.
- Align with the sales team regularly to gather feedback and refine marketing efforts based on their input.
Brand Differentiation & Positioning:
- Refine and communicate the C-4 Analytics brand, emphasizing our unique value proposition within the automotive digital marketing sector.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels to build brand equity and establish C-4 as a premier choice for dealership marketing solutions.
- Develop and manage our brand guidelines to maintain a unified voice and identity across marketing and sales efforts.
Growth Partnerships & Industry Alliances:
- Identify and establish partnerships with automotive industry associations, technology providers, and other complementary organizations to amplify reach.
- Execute joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns that introduce C-4 Analytics to broader audiences.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 6+ years of experience in hands-on, growth-focused marketing roles, ideally with a strong focus on demand generation, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Proven success in creating and managing lead-generation campaigns that drive quantifiable results.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Experience in the automotive industry, SaaS, or B2B marketing space is preferred.
- Ability to create and implement data-driven strategies and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of work demonstrating relevant marketing assets.
- A self-starter attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales and business development.
