Director of Finance – Turks & Caicos Island – Up to $78,000

We are working with a renowned luxury hotel in the beautiful islands of Turks and Caicos, known for their exceptional service, elegant accommodations, and world-class amenities. The hotel has a long-standing reputation for excellence, and they are committed to providing guests with unforgettable experiences. The client is now seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
2. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal financial policies
3. Collaborate with department heads to optimize costs and drive financial performance
4. Lead financial audits and provide guidance on long-term financial planning and investment strategies
5. Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and financial health, providing regular updates to senior management

What they are looking for:

1. 5+ years of financial management experience for a luxury hotel
2. Hospitality background, with all-inclusive, timeshare, strata, and condo accounting experience
3. Experience working in the Caribbean, or similar remote tropical island
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong leadership skills to oversee and develop the finance team
