Caredig are a non-profit registered social landlord (RSL) based in Swansea delivering high quality services to tenants. Established in 1975, managing over 2,900 affordable homes, we provide a wide range of housing solutions across the social housing landscape. We are currently seeking to recruit a visionary leader to join the executive team, who will collectively ensure the achievement of Caredig's vision. Working together with the CEO, Executive, and Leadership Team, you will work strategically with the Board and its committees, and engage with key stakeholders including funders, auditors and regulatory agencies, including the Welsh Government.

As the Director of Finance & Governance (Company Secretary), you will bring expertise in treasury and financial management and hold a qualification as an accountant. This role provides a great opportunity to lead our financial strategy for sustainability and growth. Regardless of your sector experience, you should have a solid grasp of the social, economic, and political factors affecting the Welsh housing sector, ensuring robust governance, effective compliance, and risk management. In your role as Company Secretary, you will ensure our organisation is well-governed and transparent, providing vital support and assurance to both the Board and the Leadership Team.
