Position: Dining Room Manager

The #1 Priority of this position is…
To assist the Director of Food Services in planning, organizing, directing, staffing, leading, controlling, and coordinating the dining room, bar, training staff, and inventory.
- Supervise, train, and prepare daily schedule for the waiters and waitresses.
- Manage breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Maintain standards for safety, sanitation, and storage of food supplies.
- Interact courteously and tactfully with managers, coworkers, customers, vendors, residents, and resident family members.
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent (GED).
- At least two (2) years of experience in food service.
- Ability to speak, read & write English with good comprehension. Spanish preferred.
- Basic math skills required.
- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of restaurant service; health, sanitation, and safety requirements.
- Must be familiar with AHCA Regulations, State and Federal Laws.
