Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Management Team to steer strategic direction and management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and business development targets.
• Oversee procurement, facilities, property, and maintenance management.
• Ensure effective contract management and support tender processes.
• Lead organisational policy development and strategic decision-making.
• Explore financing opportunities and manage risk exposure.
• Support budget production and provide commercial data for effective resource management.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Health & Social Care or a similar industry.
• A proven track record in delivering efficient commercial services.
• At least 5 years’ experience in senior management.

• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
