Commercial Management
Management of £1BN sales deduction budget across all divisions across over 400 direct customers
Investment appraisal / framework guidance
Monthly and quarterly harmonisation with Sales and PM teams over commercial plans
Return on Investment analysis of previous promotions
Commercial support over new business models
Financial Planning and Analysis
P&L simulations and cost modelling
Full Commercial Finance forecast process
Reporting and analysis of SKU and Division spend
HQ and EO Risk Management
External auditor facilitation
Balance sheet Management
Operations
Management of all SD and commercial terms bookings and accruals
Balance sheet true up process
NERP process and HQ system ownership
In addition to these three core areas, you will also lead all aspects of the following :
MX Marketing Budget ownership - £250M budget management including Investment Blue Print process – planning, spend, Return on Investment analysis
Samsung Experience Stores – Full P&L support for store estate, contract management with partner, business modelling on expansion / closure stores
Networks P&L management – existing H3G contract fulfilment, new 5G revenue opportunities
Your key people management responsibilities – Leading Others Only
Provide clarity on strategy, team purpose & value and define the key areas of focus and direction.
Support the development of your team through regular mentoring, coaching and feedback, 1:1s and on the job learning opportunities.
Role model inclusion for your team to build trust and psychological safety.
Ensure communication with your team is a core focus area including cascade of information from LT’s and relevant business updates.
Manage the on boarding, off boarding process and the entirety of the colleague lifecycle process for all team members.
Manage all annual people management cycles such as goal setting, evaluation and salary reviews to a high quality and in a timely manner.
To be responsible for ensuring your team understands and follows the processes and procedures we value, including meeting important business deadlines.

Serve as Lead Commercial Finance position – helping to set and support Divisional strategies
Outstanding leadership and management skills
Outstanding communication skills – leading key partners both internally and externally – CFO level.

Experience of commercial deals and understanding of negotiation – involved in supporting key terms negotiations external partners
Ability to work in a vibrant, faced past environment.
Validated experience across similar roles a must
Comfortable working under pressure and adaptable to changing market conditions.

Proactive approach – addresses issues before they arise.
