Job Description:

Our client is a global management consultancy with offices in the US and Europe which is now expanding the BD team in the UK. The position is one of five which target large and mid-size corporate clients to sell digital transformation, analytics and benchmarking consulting services.

The role:

  1. A full sales cycle role targeting enterprise sized clients working in conjunction with a lead generator who provides you with warm leads.
  2. Target a wide range of verticals.
  3. The candidate can sell into any company in any location as they are not split by sector or geography.

The candidate:

  1. Over 10 years' BD experience selling consulting services into large and mid-size corporate clients.
  2. Comfortable in C level consultative business conversations.
  3. Successful track record in meeting sales targets within Consulting.
  4. Strong and effective communicator.

The base salary for the role is up to £110,000 plus £8,000 car allowance and uncapped commission of 3% to target and 7% over target. Most of the BD Directors are earning in excess of £400,000.
