Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and C-suite executives, offering expert guidance on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
  2. Assist investment teams and portfolio companies in formulating M&A strategies and executing transactions on a global scale.
  3. Collaborate on due diligence processes, financial analyses, and valuation assessments to assess potential transactions effectively.
  4. Provide expertise that extends beyond M&A, including capital structure optimization, financial modeling, and strategic financial planning.
  5. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as advisors, investors, and industry professionals.
  6. Oversee post-merger integration processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and facilitating smooth transitions.
Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrated success with a strong track record in M&A advisory, private equity, or investment banking.
  2. At least 5 years’ M&A experience.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  4. In-depth knowledge of M&A processes, deal structuring, and valuation methodologies.
  5. Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
  6. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
