Director M&A, Non-Life Insurance - Global Investment Bank

A leading global investment bank is recruiting a FIG M&A VP3/Director 1-2 to focus on UK and European Non-Life Insurance.

You will drive the origination and support execution of UK and European Non-Life Insurance M&A deals.

• Execution of ongoing deals within the group, e.g., M&A transactions, Financing, Capital Markets, etc.
• Collaborating with other seniors to deliver strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:

• A proven background in FIG Investment Banking (with a credible investment bank or boutique, prominent corporate, or Big M&A team) along with relevant transactional experience.
• Non-Life Insurance experience is required and evidence of relevant PE and corporate relationships.
• Strong communication skills: ability to interact confidently with banking professionals and clients.
• Team player, willing and able to work with, coach, and develop juniors.
