Would you like to be a Director of Leadership Development? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Development/Organization Development professional to join our team. You will have the opportunity to design and lead enterprise and/or division-level interventions to accelerate our business strategy through leaders.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and address complex leadership challenges at the enterprise or division level to drive company strategy and accelerate business transformation.
- Drive outcomes in consultative topics for the business, focusing on leadership skill frameworks across various leadership subsets/populations.
- Collaborate with talent assessment/management and data insights colleagues to apply talent management assessments and emerging data to enhance leadership skills.
- Lead the development and implementation of high-quality enterprise-wide leadership development approaches to reinforce the application and understanding of leadership expectations.
- Work collaboratively with business leaders, HR, and other functional colleagues to address business and leadership development challenges.
- Support diagnosis of complex Leadership Development challenges and opportunities at the enterprise or division level.
- Deliver outcome-focused Leadership Development design in co-creation with selected partners.
- Actively contribute to the capability development of Leadership Development as a member of the LD and HR community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in social science/psychology/organizational design, business degree, or equivalent.
- Extensive years of Leadership Development experience, including complex intervention design at senior organizational levels.
- Experience in leading large-scale, complex leadership development/change management interventions.
- Experience diagnosing complex organizations and understanding organizational health using various data measurement methods.
- Strong experience with senior executive engagement and facilitation.
- Experience working in international and global project teams.
- Proven analytical and conceptual skills, combined with the ability to implement to business outcomes.
- Proven expertise in leadership development and change management methodologies.
- Strong collaboration and networking skills.
- Life science industry expertise.
- Further Education in Educational Sciences, Change Management, or Coaching.
- Previous experience in management consulting or as HR/PO Business partner.
