Director, Global Partner Strategy & CoS to EVP

Location: London

This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the future of the Alliances and Channels organisation by driving strategic priorities, operational excellence, and transformative impact on a global scale. As a key architect of the A&C’s strategic framework, the Director, Global Partner Strategy will define and oversee the global A&C operating model, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms while delivering on critical business objectives.

This individual will act as the right hand to the A&C Global Leader, influencing high-level decision-making, providing strategic counsel, and fostering alignment across global priorities. The Director will partner closely with the Global Partner Alliance and the extended A&C leadership teams to build a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration, driving measurable outcomes that align with the company’s overarching objectives.

As a strategic and operational leader they will spearhead cross-functional initiatives, oversee transformative programs, and design innovative frameworks to enable sustainable growth, success, and operational agility across Alliances and Channels.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Counsel and Leadership
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor and trusted partner to the A&C Global Leader, providing expert guidance to inform decision-making and drive alignment across global business priorities.

  • Represent the A&C Global Leader and Global Partner Alliance in executive-level forums, steering discussions, influencing outcomes, and fostering high-impact collaboration with senior stakeholders including to all Sales OUs.

  • Act as a catalyst for strategic transformation by identifying and advancing high-value opportunities to improve the global A&C impact.

Global Operating Model Development
  • Design and execute the end-to-end global A&C operating model, ensuring it is aligned with both organisational strategy and desired business outcomes.

  • Establish and optimise key operating cadences, enhancing cross-functional coordination and reinforcing accountability across the A&C organisation.

  • Collaboratively work with the rest of the Partner CoE, supporting their strategic and operational objectives.

Governance and Organisational Alignment
  • Develop and oversee robust governance frameworks, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with business standards.

  • Facilitate strategic dialogues among A&C leadership, ensuring initiatives are prioritised and aligned with broader company objectives.

  • Design and launch a global A&C community to align all empowered OU A&C teams. Develop and maintain all feedback and act as a single global voice for A&C into the Partner CoE.

Global Reporting and Strategic Analytics
  • Oversee the management of A&C global reporting and drive OU accountability to support the global business.

  • Partner with technical and data teams to ensure analytics capabilities align with strategic needs.

Driving High-Impact Initiatives
  • Oversee cross-functional, transformational projects that enable business innovation, accelerate growth, and optimise organisational effectiveness.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, and other business units to execute key initiatives that align with A&C’s mission and global priorities.

Leadership and Team Development
  • Build and lead a high-performing, strategically focused team responsible for global reporting, governance, and strategic projects.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, mentoring team members and guiding them to achieve excellence.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Strategic and Operational Expertise
  • Deep Salesforce experience including core sales Operations and Strategy.

  • First class internal network.

  • Extensive experience crafting and executing complex, high-impact strategies that address dynamic global business challenges.

  • Expertise in designing and managing global operating models, governance frameworks, and scalable processes.

  • A proven track record of identifying growth opportunities, aligning them with strategic priorities, and driving execution.

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or sales strategy, preferably in a technology-related industry. Experience in an Alliances & Channels function is preferred but not mandated.

Problem-Solving and Innovation
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of breaking down complex challenges, designing actionable solutions, and driving sustainable results.

  • Strong capacity for innovative thinking, leveraging creative approaches to address evolving business needs.

Executive Presence and Influence
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver C-suite-ready recommendations and materials, coupled with experience representing senior executives in high-stakes forums.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in a Chief of Staff role or comparable executive support capacity is highly desirable.

Business Transformation Expertise
  • Proven capability in leading large-scale, cross-functional transformations and navigating complex change management processes.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business impact through innovative, forward-thinking initiatives.

Leadership and Collaboration
  • Experience leading project teams, mentoring colleagues, or working collaboratively to guide team objectives is highly valued.

  • Ability to foster a culture of alignment and shared purpose across diverse teams.
