Director - Global Health RWE & HOR Research
Partnerships are key in the world of Global Health, and funding is mainly provided through supra-national organizations like GAVI or the Global Drug Fund. Funding decisions are made through early prioritization of the future assets based on disease burden, local disease awareness, as well as expected health, economic and societal impact of the assets. In a world where resources are scarce, it is crucial to understand stakeholders' needs and develop targeted and robust evidence of the value of our pipeline.
As Director, RWE&HOR Research Scientist for Global Health (GH), you will provide strategic and scientific leadership in the application of health outcomes and methods to address key challenges identified across all phases of medicine and vaccine development to deliver new interventions more efficiently and effectively to patients.
The role will report directly into the Global Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes Research Lead for Global Health. The role will be responsible for multiple disease areas and will be a key member of asset teams and other relevant matrix leadership teams. The Director, Global Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes Research Lead Scientist will be accountable for engaging closely with access planning and matrix stakeholders and partner effectively in developing and implementing value evidence packages and plans.
