About this team

Based at our Store Support Centre (SSC) in Melbourne and reporting to our APAC Digital team in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for the financial performance of our digital operations in Australia & New Zealand (AUNZ). Your role involves driving sales growth, managing costs, and delivering exceptional product and digital experiences to our customers across various channels. You play a crucial role in bringing our strategic initiatives to life online and across channels. You are responsible for creating and implementing a 2-5 year strategic vision to establish lululemon's digital presence in AUNZ. You define the business strategy and priorities within the market including the localization of our e-commerce presence in AUNZ. This includes creating future sites/online malls, digital experiences (e.g. shop apps, mobile experiences), and implementing strategies to tailor e-commerce and experiences for our guests across the entire region.

A Day in the life:

  • You act as a representative for the AUNZ market within APAC Digital Leadership and key partner to the Vice President, AUNZ in setting and driving our digital strategy for AUNZ.
  • You possess a deep understanding of AUNZ's unique digital ecosystem and landscape. You are skilled in managing agency relationships and partnerships with local players in the market (e.g., third-party platforms).
  • You are part of a team dedicated to becoming the industry leader in showcasing our products online and providing an educational and inspiring online presence for our customers.
  • You collaborate with cross functional partners including (APAC Digital Leadership, AUNZ leadership, INTL Digital Product/Tech, brand & community, guest experience, retail, IT, operations, etc.) to implement strategies that drive online sales growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Of crucial importance is your partnerships with INTL Digital Product/Tech (primarily NA based) to socialize the AUNZ strategy and enlist their support to deliver the digital features and products needed to bring the AUNZ digital vision to life.
  • You are responsible for managing the AUNZ Digital Team within a matrix organisation, ensuring they provide the best possible customer experience. This includes future organisation design within Digital in AUNZ.
  • You develop your team members by coaching and challenging them to take on new responsibilities, creating a pipeline that offers career progression opportunities.
  • As an industry leader in e-commerce/digital, you connect with other leaders in the industry by attending e-commerce and leadership conferences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • 10 years+ of digital/ecommerce experience
  • Strong understanding of local AUNZ platforms, digital marketing technology, and the privacy/data ecosystem.
  • Experience in leading and strategising for performance marketing, including paid search, social media, CRM/CDP, email, earned media, and owned media. You should also stay up-to-date with current consumer and media trends.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing metrics.
  • Ability to create cross-channel customer journeys with a data-driven mindset.
  • Able to partner with stakeholders across a global/regional leaders.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment to maximize business impact.
  • Excellent soft skills with a collaborative mentality and the ability to work independently.
