Job Description

Drive Cloud Migration Success as Our Director - Cloud Migrations Operations Office at Unit4

Unit4 is leading a transformative shift to the cloud, offering unparalleled flexibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness to businesses globally. As we work to transition all our customers to the cloud over the next 18 months, the Director - Cloud Migrations Operations will play a key role in ensuring that we meet project deadlines and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  • Hands-on, operational approach to leading and managing the CMOO team
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the governance framework, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities for all migration activities.
  • Monitor and report on migration progress and outcomes to maintain transparency
  • Support in prioritizing the team’s work
Key interfaces and ways of working:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align migration strategies with wider Unit4 goals
  • Work closely with other CMOO roles to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Own and drive the relationships with Resource Management, CMT and Cloud Ops to communicate progress and address concerns.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
Skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead the CMOO to deliver for Unit4 and our customers
  • Strategic planning and risk management abilities to drive actionable strategies and improve the migration process
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to translate technical requirements into business outcomes
  • SaaS business experience to understand the unique challenges and dynamics of a SaaS environment
  • Comfortable in using data to influence decisions
