Are you a strategic sales leader with deep relationships in the Nordics biotech and pharmaceutical industry? Do you thrive on driving commercial success in clinical research technology? Signant Health is looking for a dynamic Business Development Director to expand our presence in the Nordics - while being based in the UK.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on growing business in the Nordics biotech and pharma market while being based in the UK.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at biotech, pharmaceutical, and CRO organizations across the Nordics.
  3. Lead the sales process for Signant Health’s clinical technology solutions, working closely with internal teams to create tailored proposals.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Proposals, Technical Solutions, and Operations teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  5. Track, manage, and report on pipeline activity, ensuring strong forecasting and sales performance.
  6. Represent Signant Health at key industry events to enhance brand presence and drive lead generation in the Nordics.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
What You Bring:
  1. Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience selling clinical research technology solutions to biotech or pharmaceutical clients.
  2. Established relationships within the Nordics life sciences sector and a deep understanding of the market landscape.
  3. Experience leading complex sales processes, including proposal development and RFP responses.
  4. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute territory-specific sales plans.
  5. Excellent communication & presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment to drive revenue and customer success.
  7. Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Nice to Have:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience selling eClinical solutions or working within the CRO industry.
  3. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office.
