About this role:

Gartner analysts are industry thought leaders who create must-have research and provide advice to world-leading organizations. You will shape the way that enterprise applications and technology platforms such as CRM, ERP, enterprise automation, and intelligent applications driven by AI are changing how organizations and people work. You will use your expertise and the insights gained during your Gartner career to guide technical architects, solution architects, engineers, and senior technologists across a wide range of industries, geographies, and sizes. Conversely, our team will help you grow and expand your knowledge and expertise throughout your career at Gartner.

What you will do:

Gartner experts share our knowledge with clients through published research, video calls with clients, and conferences worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and writing thought-leading must-have research.
  2. Providing advice to clients on both tactical technology and strategic initiatives.
  3. Collaborating with your colleagues to advance technical research.
  4. Supporting the Gartner sales team through virtual tech briefings and video calls with potential clients.
  5. Delivering presentations at Gartner events and conferences.
  6. Expanding your knowledge and areas of expertise through continuous learning.

What you will need:

We are seeking individuals who have experience in architecting, implementing, integrating enterprise solutions such as CRM, ERP, and enterprise automation that support complex client needs. Below is the list of requirements for this role:

  1. 5+ years of experience as a technical architect, solution engineer, or a similar level senior technical role.
  2. 10+ years technical, hands-on experience in one or more of the following technology domains:
    1. Enterprise Automation - Business Process Automation (BPA), Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms (LCAP), RPA, iPaaS, iBMPS, Hyperautomation. Technical proficiency and experience with automation platforms from one of the following vendors - ServiceNow, Pega, SAP, Salesforce, Appian, UiPath, Mendix, Boomi, Anypoint.
    2. ERP - technical proficiency in implementing and integrating vendor products such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion or NetSite, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    3. CRM - Sales force automation, Martech, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Data Management, Conversational AI platforms, chatbots, virtual assistant, CCaaS, customer engagement platforms, NLU, NLP, case management.
    4. AI and Generative AI - AI assistants and capabilities to support enterprise applications, customers, and digital workers.
    5. Modernization of Enterprise Applications - data migration, end-of-life platform modernization, cloud migration, on-premises repatriation.
  3. Proficiency in writing technical documentation – architecture design, as-built documents, high-level design, low-level design, solution architecture, requirements gathering, acceptance testing documents.
  4. Strong communicator who is able to explain complex concepts concisely and simply often to less technical individuals.
  5. Ability to travel up to approximately 10% of the time, mostly within the region (EMEA/NA depending on home base), with some international travel.
