But to achieve our mission, we need your help. We're actively recruiting for a Direct Sales Manager to drive net new annual recurring revenue through new customer acquisition. Join us in shaping the future of connectivity!

Your passion for sales and business development and “can-do” attitude will be your most important attribute, but the following experience will also help:

  • Leading from the front as a Player-Manager, actively driving success and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Hunting and closing new business, targeting high-potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Managing all stages of the sales process – from prospecting and nurturing leads to proposal development, submission, and final deal closure.
  • Building and maintaining a well-qualified sales pipeline with approximately 3x pipeline coverage.

Location: Birmingham

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00 (depending on experience)

A typical day might include:
  • Leading the sales team, setting the standard through personal performance, and fostering the right mindset and behaviours to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
  • Taking ownership of your territory, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring proper prospecting within your assigned database.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow into successful business development professionals.
