Job description
Our client is a world-renowned player within financial services. Due to an exciting digital transformation, they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their Change Management function on a contract basis.
The Digital Transformation Project Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Redesigning processes around underwriting rules
- Identifying the need for process improvements
- Automating antiquated paper-based processes into a slicker more digital format
- Choosing systems
- Process design and implementation
- Organisational design and redesign
- Structural reorganisation of departments
- Changing the way in which the Back Office process operates
The Digital Transformation Project Manager will meet the following skill set:
- Experience within digital transformation in an asset management house
- Experience in managing difficult stakeholders at board and executive level of seniority
- Experience leading on projects within a large-scale digital transformation
- LEAN Six Sigma, PRINCE 2 or Agile certificate holder
