Digital Trading Trainee Underwriter

Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.

Location: Hybrid – Minimum of 3 days in Chichester Office during training, option to reduce to 2 days longer term --Please note that the office is not accessible by public transport.

Salary: £23,000 depending on experience.

Your Journey:

Training and Development: You’ll spend the first 3 months learning all about our customers, systems and products. You’ll put your newfound skills, knowledge and experience in to practice, supporting our Underwriters and helping to service new and existing customers.

What You’ll Do:

1. Learn: Absorb everything there is to know about the insurance industry and our products.
2. Support: Assist Underwriters and handle basic customer service tasks.
3. Grow: Take control of your career with continuous support and development opportunities.
