Digital Success Specialist

A prestigious global publisher is looking for a Digital Success Specialist to join their Higher Education sales team. This person will provide digital support to colleagues and customers (i.e., universities and students) when implementing digital solutions across European territories. This is a fully remote role that can be based within the UK, Germany, or The Netherlands. The company offers an excellent salary and benefits package. Note, the role will require extensive travel across Europe as required, so flexibility to travel is essential.

As Higher Education Digital Success Specialist for Europe, you will have a varied and pivotal role where responsibilities will include:

• Driving usage and activations of the company's Higher Education online learning platforms across Europe, providing pre and post-sales support and customer training.
• Supporting the local sales teams with specific training on their digital solutions (online learning platforms).
• Devising and implementing customer care plans for European clients across various digital solutions product lines, using a mix of in-person visits, video tutorials, product guides, and more.
• Developing and cultivating extensive product knowledge and competitor offerings.
• Delivering workshops and presentations at industry events to promote the company's digital solutions brand.
• Reporting on usage and feedback to inform future strategies around digital solutions.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a customer training, success, support, or solutions-based role working with digital products, and have experience with CRM and/or Learning Management Systems. This role requires strong consultative and communication skills, and any experience or exposure to the EdTech or Higher Education online learning space is highly desirable. Fluency in English (written and spoken) and a valid driver's license are essential.
