Digital Project Manager

Key skills required for this role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage in-house or partner-led projects within defined timelines and budgets.
2. Implement Change Management and Vendor Management processes.
3. Facilitate and monitor projects using lean principles to improve productivity.
4. Publish and implement quarterly business reviews with partners.
5. Formulate and implement value delivery frameworks for all projects.
6. Proactively review projects, identifying and preventing potential issues.
7. Plan for people supply chain and collaborate to improve project delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in Agile/Sprints, product-centric design, and DevOps (CICD) automation.
2. Knowledge of QMS, ISO-9001, and partner management.
3. Strong stakeholder management and operational delivery experience.
4. Drive innovation, quality, and team effectiveness.
5. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
6. Exposure to tools like JIRA preferred.
7. Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
8. 3+ years of concentrated eCommerce/retail experience required.
9. 10+ years of Project/Vendor Management experience with knowledge of QMS systems preferred.
10. Experience in eCommerce, managed services, and people management is desirable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
2. 37.5 hours per week
3. 25 days' annual leave
