Digital Project Manager – the role

  1. Drive the delivery of UX and UI design for an app to development requirements and implementation.
  2. Manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, and scopes.
  3. Deliver projects with high quality deliverables, on time and to budget.
  4. Work effectively and confidently on MS Teams.
  5. Author well-executed status reports.
  6. Forecast resource requirements across teams and assist resource management and the team to plan proactively.
  7. Define and agree scope of work internally and with clients.
  8. Track and report financial status of projects.
  9. Present information effectively via multiple channels. Be at ease presenting in team meetings or in larger group settings.
  10. Contribute to the effective, productive and happy running of the studio.
  11. Be happy to have ideas – and to share them!

Essential skills

  1. Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills.

  4. Clarity of thought.
  5. Comprehensive understanding of user experience and technologies.
  6. Previous track record of project management in a creative setting (agency experience ideal).
