We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Owner to lead on the authentication journeys in Digital channels. From ideation through to delivery, the Digital team oversees all customer-impacting changes on our Online and App Digital Banking Platforms.
In this high-profile role, you’ll have a great opportunity to shape the registration experience for over 7 million customers who use our digital channels with a view of assisting more customers to become and remain active on our digital channels.

This 24-month Fixed Term role is based in Unity Place – Milton Keynes.
We want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
