In this role you will be joining a passionate team. A team obsessed with giving our customers value. You will work alongside the user experience team to ensure a brilliant online experience. This George.com Product Manager role sits within the Customer and Channels function and is a wide-ranging role. Supporting the Group Product Manager, you will define scope and manage the backlog for our front end website.
It is a critical time for digital at Asda. We are making a massive move from legacy systems to a best-in-class retail tech stack. You will join a dedicated community of 40 e-commerce product managers who support and encourage each other.
What does the role involve?
- Manage the core product from ideation to release, including:
- New feature development
- Prioritise opportunities in line with our product strategy
- Use data to ensure we work on what brings most value
- Find and assess problems to solve
- Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes and prototypes
- Provide direction for multi-disciplined squads
- Work with engineering teams for timely delivery of features
- Build stakeholder partnerships to align goals
- Ensure continuous improvement through user research
- Champion the voice of the customer
- Use data and insights to tell compelling stories
- Manage and prioritise the team’s feature backlog
- Ensure continuous improvement of our processes

Product Management experience working on a front end eCommerce website would be preferable.
