About The Role & Team
Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Digital Product Manager will be responsible for mapping and redesigning customer journeys across the business to enable seamless, efficient, and delightful digital experiences. This role will focus on translating the digital transformation strategy into actionable plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on new processes, and driving the delivery of innovative digital product features in collaboration with offshore product development teams.

The role will be office-based working in our Head Office in Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Journey Design and Transformation:
    • Map out end-to-end customer journeys across all touchpoints, including Lead to Sales, In-Construction Management, Handover, and In-Life Property Management.
    • Design and document "to-be" customer journeys post-transformation, ensuring alignment with the business’s strategic objectives and digital-first culture.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gain buy-in for new processes and ensure organization-wide alignment.
  2. Product Development And Delivery:
    • Work closely with offshore product development and solution teams to define, prioritize, and deliver new digital product features.
    • Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical delivery teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals and deliverables.
    • Continuously monitor and improve product performance to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration And Communication:
    • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring all functions are aligned on process changes and digital transformation goals.
    • Serve as the advocate for customer needs, ensuring a frictionless and delightful experience is at the core of every product or process design.
  4. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
    • Develop and execute GTM strategies for new digital products and features, tailored to meet business goals and customer expectations.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product launches and iterate based on feedback.
  5. Culture And Change Management:
    • Champion a digital-first culture throughout the organization by embedding new ways of working and driving adoption of digital tools and processes.
    • Support the Head of Digital in identifying opportunities to modernize both internal and external operations.

Key Skills & Experience

  1. Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on customer journey mapping and process redesign.
  2. Extensive experience working with offshore product development teams, with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple time zones.
  3. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
  4. A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance business objectives with delivering exceptional digital experiences.
  5. A solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools to manage product backlogs and roadmaps.
  6. Strong understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and a proven track record of delivering successful product launches.
  7. Expertise in defining and delivering customer-centric digital solutions across web, mobile, and omnichannel platforms.
