Job description

Digital Product Analyst

Salary: £55,000 + Bonus

Location: Luton - Bedfordshire

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Analyst with a passion for data, experimentation, and digital optimisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and enjoys working at the intersection of product, data, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leverage advanced Web Analytics tools (especially Google Analytics 4) to monitor and evaluate user behaviour across digital platforms.
  2. Create compelling, data-driven dashboards using platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Looker.
  3. Design and analyse experiments using MVT, A/B testing, and other analytics tools such as Optimizely.
  4. Apply robust experimentation methodology, including hypothesis design, sample size calculation, test duration planning, and statistical significance analysis.
  5. Query and manipulate large datasets using BigQuery and SQL to extract actionable insights.
  6. Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between data insights and product decisions.
  7. Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to support data-led decision making.
  8. Contribute to the evolution of analytics processes in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key Skills and Experience
  1. Strong experience with web analytics tools, especially GA4.
  2. Proficiency with dashboarding and data visualisation platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Looker.
  3. Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (e.g. Optimizely) and a strong understanding of the MVT/A/B testing lifecycle.
  4. Proficient in SQL and experience working with Google BigQuery or similar data warehouses.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  6. Commercially minded with excellent problem-solving and numerical analysis capabilities.
  7. Self-starter with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage ambiguity, and work independently.
  8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
