About your new role
As the Digital Producer, you will be focused on managing the website and digital assets for the company. This will include but won’t be limited to the following:

1. Working closely with the marketing team to create and execute digital campaigns and EDMs
2. Taking ownership of the site content structure along with the navigation and publishing
3. Processing analytics to monitor and improve performance
4. Ongoing optimisation of current website to maintain and enhance performance
5. Ongoing production management across all business lines and websites

About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:

1. Relevant Tertiary qualification (communications/Marketing/Digital)
2. Proven experience in a Digital Producer/Product Management role
3. Demonstrated experience with issue and process management
4. Experience with Ecommerce platforms with an understanding of HTML and URL page content structure
5. Understanding of SEO principles
6. Previous experience in customer/user experience research and UX principles
7. Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and briefing external agencies, e.g., design and development teams
