As Digital Marketing Performance Manager you will be responsible for optimizing all paid digital acquisition and retention channels in the UK, Europe, and other new markets to drive marketing effectiveness.

We are looking for an expert in all things Digital to support the business as it continues to grow.

Working within a small, but talented Marketing department, you will collaborate with key business stakeholders to contribute and execute digital marketing strategy objectives for growth in sales and brand equity.

You’ll have responsibility for orchestrating effective multi-channel campaigns, overseeing planning and reporting for all channels. Also, for creating and maintaining a roadmap that plots a course for the activity to become ever more customer-focused, holistic, and integrated with data.

We need a great motivator and communicator, someone with ambition, vision, and energy who embraces change plus is prepared to go that extra mile to achieve business objectives.

Managing optimization of all paid digital channels alongside an external agency including PPC, paid social media, affiliates, and biddable across multiple territories in EU and beyond.

You will own Email/SMS/Push marketing, utilizing customer data & messaging platform capability to drive automation and growth in audiences and sales.

The role needs a strong analytic and commercial mindset, providing weekly and monthly reporting of performance across all European channels, with P&L responsibility for campaigns, continuing to drive improved ROI & customer engagement.

The role needs excellent knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and experience working with IT development sprints & agile methodology.
