Overview
Reporting into the Senior Digital Buying & Merchandising Manager, you will work cross functionally across the wider business to assist in defining the Digital Buying Strategy. In particular E-commerce, Retail, Merchandising and Planning to ensure a 360 approach in the execution. You will also work closely with our Licensing teams to assist in the growth of the future Digital Assortment, sourcing new opportunities when they arise.

Working Pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Your Role & Responsibilities
OTB Planning
- Assist with OTB planning across all Mainline and Licensing Categories for each Campaign, to ensure a realistic planned seasonal growth across both sales & ST%. Using historical data, current trends and future strategies to help assist.
Buy
- Assist in the multiple buying campaigns in Paris & Milan across the year, defining the assortment and working collaboratively with the Retail & Marketing teams to ensure a clear alignment.
- Be a key driver in the story building for the assortment with a strong understanding of current trends and the importance of seasonal drops.
- Strong analytical skills, in particular with sizing ratios to own the size curve strategy of the assortment.
- Own the inputting of the buy into the buying tool JOOR, ensuring core sizing which is relevant to our 3 key digital sites .com, Farfetch & TMALL.
- Assist with the learnings and growth of the 3 different digital strategies for .com, Farfetch & TMALL, offering ideas and key learnings for each of the different platforms.
Licensing
- Take ownership in the launch plan of our Licensing categories on .com; Adidas, Kidswear & Eyewear. Working with the Trading Team, carefully plan drops based on stories and seasonality, monitor stock and liaise with the Account Managers to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
- Monitor sales and ST% throughout the season, consistently looking for new opportunities throughout reorders and customer demand.
- Play a key part in evolving customer retention through our Licensing partners to nurture and encourage a mainline purchase.
Stock Management/Trade
- Own the stock lifecycle from production to launch to trade to ensure the stock is always in the right place at the right time.
- Be proactive with stock cover, liaising with the planning team to keep core sizes in stock.
- Own the Carryover Range plan, tracking online & offline styles, stock, sales and opportunity to ensure an ‘always in stock’ motto.
- Own Searchandising & product filters to maximise sales.
