About the Role:

Adecco are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a client in Kingsclere. We are looking for someone with expertise in SEO, lead generation, social media and content creation.

You'll be responsible for:

1. Managing and updating our WordPress website.
2. Creating eye-catching LinkedIn posts using Canva.
3. Writing engaging content for social media and project reviews.
4. Running and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
5. Managing email marketing and CRM connectivity.
6. Analysing marketing performance and improving strategies.

What We Need:

1. 5+ years in digital marketing.
2. Strong skills in SEO, WordPress and lead generation tools.
3. Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns and analytics.
4. Canva and copywriting skills for engaging content.
5. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
6. A digital marketing qualification (preferred).

Nice to Have:

1. Experience in consultancy, software or engineering industries.
2. Knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).

Job Details:

Temporary (3-6 months, potential for permanent)
37.5 hours/week
Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
