About the role:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be supporting the Head of Performance Marketing and will specialise in defined digital marketing channels to optimise performance across the full digital marketing mix including PPC, SEO, affiliate, display, email, website, app & social.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing campaigns and implementing effective initiatives to acquire and retain customers through digital performance channels as part of agile teams.
  • Ongoing development of all performance marketing activities working closely with Managers for continued improvement.
  • Reporting, analysing, and optimising performance marketing channels daily to improve overall business performance.
  • Working with all performance marketing agencies, suppliers, and affiliate networks.
  • Proactively supporting managers to work towards specifically outlined objectives across the performance strategies.
  • Researching and identifying new developments and trends within the Digital Marketing industry for continual expansion, growth, and improvement, individually and for the brand.
  • Ensuring campaigns and projects across marketing are fully supported within the performance marketing activities.
  • Supporting colleagues in Technology and Innovation function to ensure effective digital marketing tooling and technology.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing channels, particularly PPC, SEO, affiliates, and digital media.
  • Proficiency with top-tier digital marketing tools and reporting suites like Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience in ecommerce and knowledge of the travel and digital marketing industries are desirable.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in multi-language marketing will give you an edge.
  • A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital, or Business is a plus.
