Digital Marketing Manager
My client is an International Biotech Marketing Agency who help their clients accelerate by delivering B2B solutions that drive growth via multiple channels including marketing, design, content, and PR strategies!

As a member of the digital team, you will need to demonstrate that you are passionate about everything Digital Marketing! You’ll be a talented, motivated and organised individual with the experience and confidence to lead and deliver world-class SEO, PPC and social media campaigns for a magnitude of clients in the BioTech space.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Take ownership of client digital activity to deliver impactful results.
- Work with clients to develop email marketing and lead nurturing processes, and implement recommendations to improve lead generation.
- Manage SEO, PPC, and paid LinkedIn campaigns, including auditing, optimising, reporting, and budget management.
- Analyse and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing consultative insights across tactics.
- Assist in the creation of client proposals and pitches for new business opportunities, showcasing expertise across digital tactics.
- Mentor junior team members and champion the digital marketing space.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to enhance client-facing consultations.
What skills do you need:
- Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B agency setting.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, PPC advertising (particularly Google Ads), and B2B social media marketing.
- Proven experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
- A plate spinner! Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams with strong communication and presentation skills.
