About The Role

We are looking for an innovative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in campaign execution, social media management, and digital content growth. This role will play a key part in shaping our brand’s digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other key platforms while ensuring alignment with dealers' digital strategies. Experience from leading tech and automotive brands (BMW, Tesla, Apple, etc.) is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns for product launches, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
    • Work closely with creative, performance marketing, and analytics teams to develop compelling campaigns that drive measurable results.
    • Identify and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that align with industry best practices.
  2. Social Media Growth & Content Strategy
    • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
    • Develop engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and amplifies brand reach.
    • Leverage data and insights to optimise content strategy for engagement and follower growth.
    • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to expand digital reach.
  3. Dealer Digital Media Coordination
    • Work closely with regional dealers to align their digital marketing activities with the brand’s overall strategy.
    • Provide guidance on best practices for paid advertising, social media content, and digital engagement.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across dealer-operated digital platforms.
  4. Content Creation & Editing
    • Possess strong skills in photography, image editing, and video creation to produce high-quality digital content.
    • Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other similar software to edit photos and videos for social media and campaigns.
    • Create visually appealing assets for social media, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
    • Have an eye for design aesthetics and brand consistency across all content.
  5. Performance Analytics & Optimisation
    • Monitor and analyse key campaign and social media performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine audience targeting, messaging, and content strategy.
    • Report on campaign effectiveness and propose recommendations for improvement.
  6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Work closely with global and regional marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
    • Partner with creative, PR, and product teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or campaign execution, preferably in the automotive, technology, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience growing and managing brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other key platforms.
  • Strong expertise in digital campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with dealers, distributors, or retail partners on marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in photography, video production, and image editing using tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Background in automotive (BMW, Tesla, etc.) or tech-driven companies (Apple, etc.) is a significant plus.
  • The data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, and emerging digital trends is a plus.
