Our growing client in Cosham, a leader in their sector, are recruiting a Digital Marketing Performance Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

In this exciting role, you'll drive growth and maximise performance across a broad suite of direct-to-consumer digital channels. You'll craft high-impact campaigns, leverage marketing automation, optimize conversions, and manage SEO and website performance.

What you'll be doing:

1. Create & optimise performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
2. Analyse & report on key metrics like CPC, CPA, and ROAS to make data-driven decisions.
3. Boost conversions through A/B testing, CRO strategies, and user journey enhancements.
4. Automate & nurture leads via email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.
5. Segment & target audiences to deliver personalised, high-converting campaigns.
6. Manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI across all platforms.
7. Enhance SEO & website performance by optimising content, tracking rankings, and ensuring best practices.

What we're looking for:

1. Digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, CRO, and automation.
2. Skilled in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
3. Experience in SEO platforms like Ahrefs and Semrush, and website management using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.
4. Data-driven, with a passion for experimentation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
5. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.

Beneficial experience could include:

1. Experience in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
2. Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress and Drupal.
3. SEO platforms such as Ahrefs and Semrush.
4. Analytics & tracking tools like Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
5. CRO tools like Hotjar, VWO, and FullStory.
