Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager at Ashcorp is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance the brand's online presence, engage high-end consumers, and drive e-commerce growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the luxury fashion market, advanced digital marketing skills, and the ability to create innovative campaigns that reflect the brand's prestige and values. The Head of Digital Marketing will work closely with creative, communication, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital presence globally.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the brand’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify digital opportunities and trends within the luxury fashion market.
2. E-Commerce and Online Sales:
- Drive the growth of the brand's e-commerce platform, optimising the online shopping experience to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop and execute strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
3. Social Media and Content Marketing:
- Oversee the creation and management of high-quality content across social media platforms to enhance brand engagement and loyalty.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that resonate with luxury consumers and drive organic growth.
4. SEO and SEM:
- Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase website traffic and visibility.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of SEO and SEM campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximise results.
5. Digital Advertising:
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and retargeting, to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
- Track and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI).
6. Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture customer relationships, promote new collections, and drive online sales.
- Analyse the effectiveness of email campaigns and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversion rates.
7. Data Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Utilise digital analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field within the luxury fashion industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and digital consumer behaviour.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Expertise in e-commerce, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Work Environment
- This position typically operates within other Ashcorp professional environments, with frequent collaboration across various departments. Some travel may be required for market visits, events, and meetings.
