Ideally, you will have managed budgets in excess of £750,000 across all the channels specified and have extensive proven experience driving performance-based digital marketing change across an organisation in ecommerce, travel or financial services. • Hold the agency accountable for results, pushing for continuous improvement in campaign performance and ROI.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with broader business goals.
  • Continuously evaluate new opportunities and trends in digital marketing to inform future campaigns.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on managing paid search (PPC), paid social, and SEO campaigns.
  • Strong experience in agency management or working within an agency, including holding teams accountable for performance and ROI.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
