An established industry player is looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to drive performance-focused digital change. This role involves managing external agencies to optimize campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and CRO. We have a predominantly home-based Digital Marketing Manager position available for a candidate living within the south of the UK. There will be approximately one/two days per month needed for meetings in London, as such it's the strong preference candidates are located close enough for this not to be too inconvenient when required. We are seeking a results-driven and highly organised strategic Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimise the performance of our clients' external digital marketing agency. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that their agency delivers the highest value for their marketing budget across key channels, including Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, SEO and CRO, but note there is no focus on CRM directly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics/strategy, a keen eye for performance metrics, and the ability to effectively manage and hold agencies accountable for meeting goals and KPIs. Ideally, you will have managed budgets in excess of £750,000 across all the channels specified and have extensive proven experience driving performance-based digital marketing change across an organisation in ecommerce, travel or financial services. Please note this role is not managing a team, and there would be no plans to consider hiring for the first 12 months.
