This position will involve minor planned travel every month; therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential.

We offer hybrid working (4 days office base and 1 day work from home after probation).

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

1. Brand Enhancement: Use effective marketing strategies to elevate the company's brand and establish a strong, recognizable identity across all platforms.
2. Vacancy Promotion: Create and manage campaigns to promote job vacancies, attracting quality candidates and engaging potential clients.
3. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, blogs, and newsletters, to communicate our values and expertise.
4. Social Media Growth: Expand our social media presence on platforms we currently use and explore untapped platforms to reach new audiences.
5. Team Expertise Marketing: Showcase the skills and experience of our team through creative storytelling and strategic campaigns.
6. Customer Engagement: Develop innovative strategies to connect with clients and candidates, increasing brand loyalty and trust.
7. Analytics and Strategy: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
8. Newsletter Management: Develop and distribute a monthly newsletter, targeting aviation customers and key stakeholders.
9. Travel: Be prepared for occasional travel to support marketing initiatives and client engagement.

1. A relevant degree (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business) or equivalent professional experience.
2. At least 2 - 3 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing.
3. Demonstrated ability to enhance brand identity and create impactful marketing campaigns.
4. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
6. Experience with website management (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).

1. Experience in the recruitment or aviation industry would be a distinct advantage.
2. Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and social media trends.
3. Video editing and multimedia content creation skills.

1. £30,000 - £32,500 per annum + £2,500 Annual Performance Based Bonus.
