Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT)

About The Role:

We are a fast moving, Shopify DTC e-commerce brand in the health and wellness space looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives across multiple channels.

As an independent contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, while spearheading impactful campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and email marketing with Klaviyo.

You’ll also oversee a marketing team and manage projects that amplify new customer acquisition, retention, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer acquisition & growth: Build and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition via Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and email marketing (Klaviyo), focusing on lowering CAC and improving LTV.
  2. Full funnel management: Design and optimise the complete marketing funnel—from awareness to retention—ensuring every part of the customer journey is crafted to deliver exceptional growth and performance.
  3. Team leadership & collaboration: Manage, mentor, and work alongside a remote team of digital marketers while also collaborating with external stakeholders. Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  4. Project management: Lead marketing initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment between product, creative, and content teams. Keep campaigns tightly managed with clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  5. Data-driven insights: Develop, monitor, and analyse KPIs such as ROAS, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and CLTV, using data insights from tools such as GA4 and Triple Whale to steer campaign performance and make focused improvements. Forecast and report financial results weekly/monthly to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Stay at the cutting edge: Keep up-to-date with evolving trends, platform updates, and competitors to deliver fresh, innovative solutions that stand out in a competitive market.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. Proven DTC e-commerce experience: Extensive knowledge and experience working with DTC brands is a must, particularly within fast-paced e-commerce sectors.
  2. Customer acquisition specialist: A deep understanding of multi-channel customer acquisition strategies, including paid search, paid social, and email marketing.
  3. Remote team & project management: Previous experience in managing remote teams and leading digital marketing projects independently from start to finish, with a focus on collaboration and clear communication.
  4. Results-oriented & data-savvy: Strong grasp of data analysis and performance metrics, with a knack for improving KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  5. Platform expertise: Hands-on experience using Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Klaviyo for email marketing is essential.
  6. Independent & proactive: As an independent contractor, you’ll need the ability to self-manage, set priorities, and adapt quickly to brand targets and performance goals while maintaining daily accountability.
