On-site: This role is based on-site 5 days per week. You will need a car, as it is not easily accessible via public transport

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of increasing website traffic and driving online sales for a diverse range of events. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing specialist with a passion for performance marketing, audience engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and bookings for events.
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising, display ads, and retargeting).
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Create and manage content marketing campaigns, including blog posts, email marketing, and landing pages, to engage audiences and convert interest into sales.
  • Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns based on data insights to maximise ROI.
  • Utilise CRM and email marketing automation to nurture potential ticket buyers and improve retention.

About You

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in the events, entertainment, or hopsitality industry.
  • Strong expertise in PPC, paid social, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics to track and optimise performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience interpreting marketing data to improve campaign performance.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for digital innovation and audience engagement.
