What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of the company's digital marketing strategy, working closely with UK and European teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the execution of B2B and B2C digital marketing activities
• Tracking, analysing, and optimisng key retailers' digital performance
• Creating engaging, data-driven digital campaigns
• Managing specialist digital marketing tools and platforms
• Developing email automation strategies to nurture and grow our audience
• Driving SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns
• Crafting exciting content for websites, videos, and newsletters
• Partnering with influencers, press, and artists to amplify reach
• Identifying emerging trends in music and digital marketing
• Occasionally supporting events and exhibitions (weekend work may be required)
