DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Manchester – 3 days in office, 2 days from home

£45,000 – £55,000

THE COMPANY

A fast-growing legal firm dedicated to fighting injustice and ensuring equal legal representation. They handle legal claims and group actions, representing individuals against large organizations.

THE TEAM

This role reports Senior Marketing Operations Manager and manages two direct reports. You will work closely with the CRM Manager, Performance Marketing Team, and agencies to drive marketing campaigns.

THE ROLE

A hands-on digital marketing role focusing on lead generation, paid & organic campaigns, and digital strategy across multiple channels.

  • Digital Strategy – Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
  • Paid Media – Oversee PPC, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and display campaigns to drive conversions.
  • Social & Content – Manage organic and paid social efforts, ensuring brand consistency.
  • CRM & Email Marketing – Align digital efforts with customer communications.
  • Analytics & Performance – Use GA4, Power BI, and Looker to measure and optimize results.
  • Campaign Execution – Lead cross-channel efforts for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

PROJECTS

  • Expanding personalization in digital marketing.
  • Enhancing audience insights and research.
  • Optimizing paid media strategies with the Performance Marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Hands-on paid media experience (PPC, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads).
  • Experience with GA4 and data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker.
  • Previous management experience leading marketing teams.
  • Professional services or regulated industry experience is a plus.
