Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: London

Purpose of the Role:

Drive brand visibility, traffic and engagement online, ensure our brands show up consistently in line with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Strategy Development and Campaign plan: Develop and implement digital marketing strategy and campaign plan to drive brand visibility and click through aligned to the brand and business strategy.
  2. Content Creation & Management: Provide best practice briefs and coordinate the development of digital content and brand assets and manage content calendars across digital platforms.
  3. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company's social media presence via 3rd party provider. Monitor conversations and trends within the pet food industry.
  4. Email Marketing: Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers. Organise and manage distribution lists.
  5. SEO, SEM & Content Optimization: Partner with ecomm team to enhance organic search visibility, ensuring website content is optimized for relevant keywords and phrases relevant to pet care and nutrition.
  6. Performance review: Analyze performance metrics for digital campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Ecomm team providing marketing assets and strategic insights to enhance product listings and campaigns.
  8. Consumer insight: extract and share actionable consumer insights relating to the category and our brands from DTC and other ecomm data sources (in partnership with Head of Category and Ecomm team) Note: execution of campaigns with customers and management of websites is owned by the ecomm team.

  1. Campaign performance: likes, shares, comments, open and click through rates (email)
  2. Content performance: website traffic, new subscribers gained through content initiatives
  3. Brand awareness and reach: followers, brand mentions
  4. Actionable insights from market research and data analysis
