About the Role and Team:
Are you a dynamic and innovative marketer with a passion for driving growth? Join us as a Digital Marketing Manager and lead the charge in enhancing our digital presence.
In this role, you will be instrumental in setting up and implementing our digital strategy. We’re seeking someone with a strong background in digital marketing, ready to harness the power of online channels to support our overall marketing efforts. Your work will encompass digital advertising, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and a solid understanding of both organic and paid best practices.
In addition to these responsibilities, a key part of your role will be to upskill our current marketing team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance their capabilities and ensure our team is at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
You’ll work closely with our eCommerce Manager and report directly to the Head of eCommerce. Our team has grown from 2 to 15 members in the last 18 months, based in Bramley, Leeds, and across the globe. This collaboration is key to driving our objectives forward.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Craft and execute digital strategies to enhance our online presence and support overall business goals.
- Digital Advertising: Offer strategic advice and support for campaigns, ensuring digital advertising aligns with our core messages.
- Affiliate Marketing: Manage and grow our affiliate marketing programme, building partnerships that drive traffic and sales.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and optimise our social media efforts to engage our audience and grow our brand.
- Content Marketing: Develop and implement content marketing strategies to promote our products and brand.
- Upskill the Marketing Team: Provide training and mentorship to enhance the skills and knowledge of our marketing team members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the eCommerce Manager to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
- Campaign Analysis: Analyse and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to adapt strategies for optimal performance.

- Proven Experience: You have a strong track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, ideally in a similar industry or role.
- Technical Proficiency: You’re skilled in SEO, SEM, PPC, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, and web analytics tools, including GA4.
- Analytical Skills: You excel at analysing data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts.
- Creativity: You can create compelling and innovative marketing campaigns that engage and convert target audiences.
- Project Management: You’re adept at handling multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with excellent organisational skills.
- Communication Skills: You can effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams, both in writing and verbally.
- Adaptability: You keep up with industry trends, digital technologies, and best practices, and you’re quick to adapt to new tools and methodologies.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to think big.
