We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in enhancing the performance and optimisation of our digital marketing channels for lead generation.

This role is for someone within commutable distance of our Stockton HQ and can be worked on a hybrid basis.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of Visualsoft's own Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, and SEO efforts, optimising customer acquisition and maximising marketing ROI. You will have full ownership of the Visualsoft website, ensuring ongoing optimisation and user experience improvements to drive results across all digital touch points and support the wider digital marketing lead generation efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for the line management of the CRM & Data Manager, ensuring effective CRM (Hubspot) strategy execution, lead nurture and automation, data integrity, and reporting to enhance marketing efficiency and lead generation efforts.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Digital Channel Management

  • Drive strategic lead generation across diverse digital channels, including PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Retargeting, Display, Video, and Affiliate Marketing. Working closely with both our external Paid Search Agency and in-house expert teams, you'll focus on improving key performance metrics of MQL, SAL, and SQL, as well as acquisition costs.

Paid Social strategy & execution

  • Working alongside our in-house Paid Social team, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to support brand awareness and lead generation.

SEO performance

  • Working alongside our Brand Content Writer, you'll lead the SEO strategy and execution, ensuring ongoing onsite optimisations, technical SEO, off-page link building, and citations and reviews management to improve organic search rankings, site traffic, and lead generation.

Website optimisation

  • You'll take full ownership of the Visualsoft (Hubspot) website, including the management of a Phase 2 development project, ongoing design and UX enhancements, and landing page performance improvements to drive conversions.

CRM & data management

  • Line manage the CRM & Data Manager, ensuring they are effectively maintaining data integrity, executing CRM strategies, and providing accurate reporting to inform marketing decisions.
  • Oversee the development of data-driven segmentation strategies to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
  • Ensure best practices in database management, GDPR compliance, and marketing automation to enhance overall marketing performance.

Reporting & analytics

  • Provide regular performance reports on all digital marketing activities, utilising data analytics tools to rigorously measure and optimise the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and overall marketing ROI.

Requirements

  • Significant B2B experience in a digital/performance marketing role within the eCommerce, SaaS, or Agency (Brand, Media, Creative etc.) industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Experience in managing and optimising websites, including familiarity with Hubspot, website analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, CRO, email, social media, and marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Experience in CRM management and data-driven marketing, including customer segmentation, lead nurturing, and database maintenance.
  • Line management or mentoring experience, with the ability to support and develop team members.
