Are you a digital marketing expert with a love of the outdoors or travel? We're looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Manager to make a big impact on four unique and exciting brands.

If you're skilled at growing brand presence online, driving web traffic, boosting social media followers, and increasing direct-to-consumer sales, this role is for you!

You will have the opportunity and autonomy to push these brands forward, utilise new channels for connecting with customers (e.g. TikTok), create exciting content and grow online communities. You will be responsible for the look, feel, imagery and personality of these brands and to aid you on your mission you will manage and mentor a Junior Digital Marketer and will have the support of a small Creative Team.

What You'll Do

1. Lead and execute digital campaigns across all digital platforms, building our follower base and driving engagement.
2. Grow and maintain databases to build a thriving online community for each brand.
3. Work with the product design team to plan and direct photo and video shoots that bring our brands to life and give them personality.
4. Write captivating copy for websites and help develop captivating content that drives traffic and sales.
5. Track and report on campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
6. Collaborate with PR agencies to maximise seasonal promotions for each brand.
7. Manage and support trade shows, retail partnerships, influencers and sponsored expeditions for greater brand visibility.

Who You Are

1. Strong experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably in eCommerce.
2. Experienced with website analytics, reporting, social media management tools, and content management systems.
3. Track record of growing a brand/s on social media, increasing followers and impressions/engagement.
4. Experienced in creating video content, photography, and design.
5. Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
6. Passionate about travel, the outdoors or fitness.
7. Excellent communication skills and able to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

In return, you can expect a salary of £45k-£55k plus benefits including pension, 25 days holiday and significant discounts on company products. This business requires someone who can be in the office a minimum of 4 days per week, based in Berkshire they are easily commutable from Reading, Oxford, Swindon, Newbury, Basingstoke, Theale (ideally you will be within 1 hour commute of the office).
