About the Role

As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Tish Lyon’s online presence. This isn’t just another marketing role—this is your chance to help shape the future of a brand that’s evolving, growing, and connecting with an ever-expanding audience. You’ll manage our digital platforms, create standout content, and engage with our community of tattoo artists, piercers, and jewellery enthusiasts.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that grows and engages our community across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Curate scroll-stopping content to showcase our products, brand story, and collaborations with tattoo artists and piercers.
• Monitor trends, stay ahead of the algorithm curve, and find innovative ways to stand out.

Content Creation:

• Use your photography, videography, and editing skills to create high-quality visuals and videos that reflect our brand.
• Work closely with tattoo artists, studio owners, and piercers to bring their stories to life through content.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, tutorials, and more to engage and inspire our audience.

Community Engagement:

• Build and nurture relationships with our online and offline communities, including influencers, customers, and collaborators.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Drive excitement around new launches, events, and partnerships.

Email Marketing & Website Content:

• Craft targeted email campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
• Keep our website fresh and engaging with updated blogs, product descriptions, and optimised visuals.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and measure performance across all channels.
• Use data to refine strategies and ensure we’re always improving.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A creative thinker with at least 2 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing.
• A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple accounts and brands.
• Someone with a passion for the tattoo and piercing industry—bonus points if you’ve worked in it before!
• A skilled content creator who knows their way around a camera, editing software, and social platforms.
• A data-driven decision-maker who understands how to measure success and use insights to improve performance.
