The Role: Digital Marketing Executive. Join Corinthian Sports, the UK’s leading sports hospitality provider, and be a key player in boosting brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales revenue through dynamic marketing campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be based in our London office, working within a small but agile marketing team and reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing.
We’re looking for a passionate digital marketer with a strong focus on email marketing and a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and optimising campaigns for maximum impact. Staying on top of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, constantly seeking ways to enhance performance and drive continuous improvement.
To excel in this role, you’ll need to:
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a digital marketing role.
- Have a good working knowledge of the following tools: Mailchimp, Salesforce CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics.
- Have a good understanding of SEO strategy and techniques for content creation.
- Take ownership of weekly email marketing campaigns and automation journeys covering awareness and interest, sales and promotions, client feedback and newsletters.
- Manage the customer database and audience segmentation.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Create content for the website, ensuring fresh, relevant content is published, optimised for SEO, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Work alongside an existing digital marketing exec to ensure marketing campaigns are coordinated across all channels.
- Perform regular market and competitor analysis.
- Design/build landing pages (WordPress), sales collateral, and other sales/marketing assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Assist the Operations team in creating innovative print media at sporting events – such as promotional posters, competition media, and banners.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
Desirable experience includes:
- 2:1 Degree or above in Digital Marketing or associated.
- An active interest and knowledge in world sports.
